RETROSPEC is proud to take Cellulose Nitrate Inlays to the next level. Introducing RETROSPEC Inlays, featuring the exact pattern used on Vintage Les Pauls from the 1950's.
RETROSPEC Inlays are genuine cellulose nitrate, manufactured by Mazzucchelli in the original Italian factory, in the correct vintage pattern. The thickness is 0.070" with the pattern running all the way through the material to allow for sanding.
Using genuine vintage guitars for the ultimate color reference, RETROSPEC has refined the inlay color to achieve the correct warm, ambered hue. New RETROSPEC inlays look vintage correct, right out of the package, with no additional coloring required.
RETROSPEC inlays have been slowly laser cut for accurate, ultra-smooth edges and a perfect drop in fit.

MojoAxe compensated wraparound tailpiece for Gibson Les Paul Juniors,
Specials, Early Goldtops, and Melody Makers.
Designed to correct the intonation issue associated with Gibson’s 1950’s style wraparound tailpiece while maintaining the aesthetics of the original part.
An offset ridge allows for near-perfect compensation and a crisp radius at the break point ensures that the sitar-like buzz common to many original wraptails is not a problem. CNC machined from 7075 (aircraft) aluminum bar stock, the tailpiece weighs in at 33 grams, just like the originals.

Introducing a first of its kind: the RETROSPEC offset tailpiece stud set. A specially engineered offset stud allows your tailpiece to sit at the correct vintage angle, on the plane between your volume knobs. 
Vintage enthusiasts have bemoaned the "straight" tailpiece for years. Some have gone so far as to perform irreversible work, plugging and redrilling the hole in the correct location. Now, for the first time, vintage enthusiasts can simply screw in our offset stud set and achieve a vintage correct look without expensive work and permanent modifications. Offset stud set includes one traditional stud and one offset stud, finished either New Old Stock or Lightly Aged. Achieve the sought-after vintage-correct tailpiece angle the easy way!
